How to Maintain your Airbrush Tan
1. Wait 6-8 Hours prior to taking your shower. Avoid getting wet or strenuous work that may cause you to sweat.
2. When you take a shower, your tanning solution will run off (similar to the effect of having your hair dyed) rinse until the water runs clear. It is also recommended that you rinse your hair during the first shower.
3. Moisturize- be sure to moisturize two times per day. Avoid any lotions that contain "AHA" because they will aid in the exfoliation process and that is something you want to avoid. You also want to be sure to apply plenty of moisturizer to areas that tend to get dry quicker (knees, elbows, heals).
4. Be sure to avoid taking long hot showers, soaking in chlorine pools and salt water. All of these things may make your airbrush tan fade quicker than expected.
